Mr. Jerre Holmes, Superintendent

Jerre Holmes earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in 1986 with an English major and a coaching minor. He earned his master’s degree in Secondary Education (Administrative/Supervisory endorsement) from Utah State University in 2003.

 

He began his career at Ben Lomond High School in 1987 as an English teacher. He later (1991) went to Rich High School where he taught English and Spanish. He became the principal of the high school in 1995.

 

Mr. Holmes left Rich High School in 2000 and landed at North Summit High School. He was the principal and head football and basketball coach until 2011. He is now the superintendent of North Summit School District.

 

Jerre lives in Coalville his wife, Diane. They both grew up in Cokeville, Wyoming. They have four daughters, one son, four beautiful granddaughters and three grandsons.
